A Blavet-side estate for private and business events
Domaine de Locguénolé & Spa is in Kervignac, within a 25-hectare wooded park beside the Blavet. This five-star hotel welcomes weddings, birthdays, baptisms, family celebrations, meetings, seminars, board meetings, team building and other business events. Its team offers bespoke organisation with a dedicated contact from preparation through to the event day.
Two reception rooms and an official seated capacity
The official offer distinguishes the Orangerie and the Jardin d’Hiver, two spaces opening onto a terrace, outdoor pool and woodland. The official brochure describes two bright rooms of 100 and 150 sqm and states up to 130 comfortably seated guests. The event page confirms 130 for a seated meal and two reception rooms. Cocktail, theatre, classroom and meeting capacities are not all detailed by the official source; request them room by room and do not add capacities together.
Garden, terrace, landing stage and wet-weather option
The park and terrace can host an outdoor cocktail reception. A private landing stage makes arrival by sea from Lorient possible. In bad weather, a neighbouring building is advertised as the aperitif fallback; confirm its name, capacity and contractual inclusion. Specialist profiles mention a garden ceremony, but its precise conditions must be validated with the estate.
On-site catering
Event food is prepared on site under Chef Yann Maget, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023. The brochure presents a turnkey service covering the venue, gastronomy and service staff. However, priced menus, drinks packages, corkage, children’s meals, vegetarian or vegan alternatives, allergens and minimum guest numbers are not published in the official sources reviewed. They must be specified in the quotation.
Accommodation and estate services
The official September 2025 brochure states 44 rooms and suites across three buildings, plus three unusual lodgings: a boat, a converted henhouse and an upscale cottage. A spa with treatment rooms, indoor pool, hammam and sauna, an outdoor pool, tennis court, gardens, animal area, herb greenhouse and kitchen garden complete the estate. None of these services is presumed included in a reception.
Packages, prices and terms
The official pages offer day delegate packages, residential stays, meetings with a meal or cocktail reception, and partial or complete private hire, all on request. No current event price is displayed by the estate. Specialist directories reviewed on 12 October 2026 show conflicting ranges and packages; these remain private research leads and are not presented as official rates. The price, taxes, duration, minimum guest number, inclusions, staffing, booking payment, security deposit, cancellation terms and hours must be confirmed in writing.
