Château de La Roche Courbon

In Saint-Porchaire, Charente-Maritime, Château de La Roche Courbon hosts weddings and receptions among gardens, halls and views across the water. A ceremony beneath the lime trees, drinks in front of the château and dinner in the Grange can bring a varied rhythm to your day.

Spaces for different formats

The Grange, equipped with tables and chairs, accommodates up to 320 seated guests indoors. An extension using marquees can increase this to 400 places, depending on the project. The theatre offers another atmosphere: 90 guests for a meal or 250 standing, with a separate capacity of 200 for performances. It is unheated and available to hire from 15 May to 15 October.

Gardens and indoor alternatives

Drinks can be served beside the ornamental pool or on the Renaissance terrace. The medieval rooms provide an indoor alternative when the weather requires it. The venue also describes options for dancing in the theatre and dinner under illuminated lime trees. The choice of spaces, timings and services is developed with the team to suit your event.
