Receptions and events at MADOI–Domaine de Maison Rouge
MADOI occupies the former Maison Rouge agricultural estate in Saint-Louis, the last surviving 18th-century coffee estate. Its wooded grounds and Bourbon Pointu coffee plantation host receptions, cultural events and professional events in the advertised outdoor areas; access to the museum rooms is not assumed.
The inner courtyard covers 300 m² for 200 guests: €1,200 excluding tax for a half-day, €2,000 excluding tax for a full day and €2,500 excluding tax for an evening. The Argamasses comprise 2,200 m² in front of the fertiliser store and 1,004 m² in the lower section, for 500 to 1,500 guests: €1,100/2,200/2,900 excluding tax. The upper garden covers 30,616 m² for 1,500 guests: €790 excluding tax for a half-day, €1,500 excluding tax for a full day, with no evening hire. Capacities must not be added together.
A wet-weather fallback, marquees, electricity, toilets, security, accessibility, parking, catering and site restoration must be specified in the quotation.
