A countryside wedding near Dourdan
La Ferme des Jallots is a family-run estate arranged for weddings and private celebrations in Dourdan, south-west Essonne. The former farm, flower-filled garden, mature trees and an awning-covered terrace provide the backdrop for your reception. The estate offers private hire so that friends and family can gather in one place and enjoy outdoor ceremonies, photographs and drinks receptions.
Two reception rooms to suit your celebration
The Bergerie covers approximately 160 m². Professional directories describe it as accommodating up to 120 guests for a seated banquet, compared with around 350 for a standing drinks reception. The figure of 350 guests used in the venue’s advertising must not be interpreted as 350 seated dinner places. The smaller Petite Étable offers a more intimate setting: the estate describes approximately 80 m², with around 50 seated places depending on the arrangement quoted by professional directories. Request an up-to-date floor plan and capacity confirmation for the room you choose.
Independent catering, kitchen and gardens
Couples can choose their own caterer and outside suppliers. The venue advertises a fitted professional kitchen to facilitate meal service. The covered terrace, flowered grounds and garden furniture provide different settings during the day. A substantial private car park is available. Children may enjoy the outdoor areas, subject to adult supervision and the estate’s rules.
Things to confirm before booking
