Syracuse City Council Resolution 139 of 30 September 2025 listed Donna Coraly among licensed sites for civil wedding ceremonies. This resolution specified separate municipal ceremony contributions of €300 during regular hours, €400 outside standard hours and €500 on Saturday afternoons.
