VENUIVO is published by E animation Wedding Planner, according to the information in the legal notice. The publisher is responsible for processing related to the operation of the platform.
For questions about your data or exercising your rights, use the Contact page or write to contact@venuivo.com. Postal address provided in the legal notice: 19 rue Eiffel, 77220 Gretz-Armainvilliers. This policy applies to visitors, couples getting married and professionals using the website.
Depending on the features used, the data involved includes your name and contact details, email address, account information, the content of your messages and quote requests, and the information about your wedding plans that you choose to share.
For professionals, the profile may contain the business name, activity, location, contact details and published text or images. Technical browsing data may also be processed: IP address, information about the browser or device, pages viewed, connection dates and cookie identifiers.
Browsing the directory does not require an account. Required fields are indicated in the forms; leaving them blank may prevent the enquiry from being sent or the account from being created. Other information is optional. Avoid sending sensitive data or information about third parties unnecessarily.
Account and requested services: to create your space, manage your profile or available planning features, and send you information needed for the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures requested by you.
Contacts and quotes: to reply to your enquiry and forward it to your chosen professional. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures, or a legitimate interest in answering a general question.
Security and support: to prevent misuse and handle incidents, reports and complaints. Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in protecting and managing its service while respecting your rights.
Administrative obligations: to retain required records where invoiced transactions exist, and respond to legal requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Audience measurement and optional communications: processing subject to consent, particularly non-exempt trackers and electronic marketing where required by law, must be based on a prior, separate choice. You may withdraw this consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
When you send an enquiry to a professional, the contact details and information in the form are intended for that professional so they can reply. Check the recipient and content before sending; limit the information to what is needed for your project.
The professional acts as controller of their own processing, particularly when preparing a quote, carrying out sales follow-up or providing a service. Their privacy policy and obligations apply to these uses. To exercise your rights over data they retain directly, contact them as well. Information in a professional profile is publicly accessible: do not publish private contact details you do not want to make visible.
Access must be limited to authorised platform personnel and technical providers necessary for the service, particularly for hosting, maintenance and message delivery. The intended professionals receive enquiries addressed to them.
The hosting provider named in the legal notice is Hostinger International Ltd. Google Analytics scripts are integrated into the website for audience measurement; Google may receive browsing data as part of this service. Authorities may receive information where a legal obligation requires it.
Social media buttons and external links lead to separate services. Once you access those services, their own policies apply. A list of relevant technical recipients for a specific enquiry can be obtained from the publisher.
Retention depends on the purpose, service requirements and legal obligations; it must not be indefinite.
Account and profile: during their use and publication, then for the time needed to process their closure. Certain information may remain in limited archival storage to meet a legal obligation or defend a right.
Messages and enquiries: for the time needed to handle and follow up the discussion, then, if necessary, for the limitation period applicable to a dispute. The recipient professionals determine their own retention periods.
Invoicing, where applicable: accounting documents subject to this obligation are kept for ten years. This does not justify keeping all account data for ten years.
Technical data, cookies and audience measurement: according to their usefulness and the duration specific to each tool. The configured durations and precise retention criteria can be requested from the publisher. Closing an account does not instantly erase every archive or backup that is legally necessary.
Cookies are small files or identifiers used by the browser. Some are used for signing in, security or the operation of a requested feature. Others measure audiences or track browsing. Google Analytics is integrated into the website.
Trackers that are not strictly necessary and are not exempt must be subject to your consent before they are used. Accepting this policy or continuing to browse does not constitute that consent. Refusing must be as easy as accepting, and withdrawal must be possible at any time.
You can manage stored cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may disrupt signing in or certain features; these settings do not replace the consent mechanism the website must provide for the relevant trackers. For questions about cookies used or your choices, contact the publisher. Durations vary between trackers: there is no single duration that applies to all cookies.
Using an international provider may lead to processing or access from countries outside the European Economic Area, particularly as part of a Google service. This policy therefore does not guarantee that all data remains exclusively in France or the European Union.
Any relevant transfer must be governed by a mechanism authorised by the GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses accompanied by the necessary safeguards. You may ask the publisher about the countries, recipients and safeguards corresponding to the processing of your data, and how to obtain a copy of the relevant safeguards.
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have rights of access and a copy, rectification, erasure and restriction. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to marketing at any time.
Portability applies to data you have provided where automated processing is based on your consent or a contract. You may withdraw consent and set instructions concerning what happens to your data after your death, under applicable law.
These rights may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. For example, an erasure request does not remove documents that must legally be retained.
Send your request through the Contact page or to contact@venuivo.com, specifying the right you wish to exercise and the relevant email address or profile. Provide only the information needed to locate your data.
Additional verification may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about your identity; sending an identity document is not systematically required. A reply is normally provided within one month. This period may be extended by two months for a complex request or numerous requests, with information about the reasons provided during the first month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. You also retain the remedies provided by law.
Protecting data requires technical and organisational measures suited to the risks, and access limited to the needs of authorised people. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Choose a unique password, keep your login details confidential and report suspicious activity promptly. Do not send passwords or identity documents in quote requests. In the event of a data breach, notifications to the CNIL and affected people must be made where the legal conditions require them.
This policy accompanies the Terms of use and the legal notice. Its update date appears at the top of the page. It may change to reflect the services and processing actually implemented.
Significant changes must be brought to your attention by an appropriate means. If a new use requires your consent, that consent must be obtained before the use begins. Publishing a new version does not, by itself, constitute agreement to a new purpose.
