A setting to celebrate your story
Full presentation
On Place Napoléon Bonaparte, Aigle Noir Fontainebleau – MGallery Collection offers a hotel setting for an intimate wedding reception. The property occupies a historic mansion in central Fontainebleau, opposite the château. Its location makes it possible to combine a celebratory dinner with a stay in Seine-et-Marne, close to the château gardens and surrounding forest.
The Murat room is the main event space. Covering 100 m², it benefits from natural daylight and can be arranged to suit the programme. Its decoration and Zuber wallcoverings continue the hotel’s classical atmosphere. The venue’s published banquet layout accommodates up to 36 people: this is the relevant capacity for a seated wedding meal. Other layouts are available for meetings and presentations, with different capacities.
A dedicated events team helps plan the arrangements and can provide a tailored catering service. A wedding quotation can therefore be developed around guest numbers, timing and meal requirements. The room also lends itself to wedding anniversaries, family meals and gatherings around a celebration. Presentation equipment and Wi-Fi may be useful for a slideshow or speeches and should be discussed with the team.
Rooms and suites allow the couple and some guests to stay at the hotel, subject to availability. Several categories are offered, with views over the courtyard or square. The bar and summer terrace provide another place to enjoy the stay. The hotel also offers fitness facilities and states that adapted rooms are available for guests with reduced mobility.
The address is 27 Place Napoléon Bonaparte in Fontainebleau. A public underground car park is available nearby, and rail arrivals can travel through Fontainebleau-Avon station before continuing to the town centre. Contact the hotel directly to prepare the reception and coordinate accommodation: the team can clarify which spaces may be reserved, together with catering and services suited to the plans.
