In Sauternes, Gironde, Château d’Arche pairs a historic country house with an event hall overlooking the vines. The 230 m² Le Chai accommodates 170 seated guests with a dance floor, or 230 for cocktails. The 160 m² La Chartreuse seats 120 guests or hosts 160 for cocktails.

From the garden to the evening

Gardens, courtyards and terraces provide settings for a symbolic ceremony and welcome drinks, depending on your plans. A catering preparation area includes a refrigerator, worktop and storage. A small 15 m² lounge can serve as a children’s room. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

Extend the celebration

The château offers eight rooms, including three suites; one suite is complimentary for the couple’s wedding night. Guest rooms are booked separately. Weekend venue hire is quoted individually, with the selected spaces, duration and services to be specified in the contract.
