Exclusive wedding hire in the Lot

In the centre of Aynac village, Château d’Aynac hosts weddings on an eight-hectare estate. Its rooms with painted ceilings and historic fireplaces, wooded park and apartments combine reception space with on-site accommodation. The wedding package includes exclusive use of the château and estate, with the team shaping the arrangements around your date, guest count and chosen services.

Rooms, park and layout

The official presentation describes two large rooms of 100 and 80 m², separated by a substantial fireplace. Their combined arrangement is advertised for 100–120 seated guests, with a dance floor and bar area; this is not the capacity of each room individually. The advertised furniture comprises 120 chairs and 15 round tables seating eight. Painted ceilings, period decoration, mirrors and fireplaces give these spaces their historic character.

The eight-hectare park provides settings for drinks receptions, photographs and a symbolic ceremony. An optional 300 m² stretch tent can be added: confirm its position, equipment, permitted capacity and price before using it as a wet-weather plan. Indoor and outdoor toilets, parking and a children’s space are advertised. The number of parking spaces is not published. A basement dance area allows the party to take place separately from the reception rooms.

Apartments and swimming pools

The current wedding package includes 15 independent apartments accommodating up to 55 people, plus access to the indoor and outdoor pools. These are apartments and suites, not a collection of identical double bedrooms: agree bed allocation, arrival arrangements and each unit’s facilities with the team. The official gallery shows the accommodation. Higher sleeping capacities sometimes quoted elsewhere have not been adopted here.

Catering, drinks and suppliers

Couples may choose their own caterer, DJ and photographer. The official website advertises an equipped catering kitchen, and a list of recommended professionals is available to assist planning. Venue hire without catering is possible; agree menus, children’s meals, dietary needs, allergens, service and staffing directly with the chosen caterer. No menu or meal price is presented here as included.

The château states that it does not charge corkage. Nevertheless, agree outside drinks and beverage service with the caterer. The availability of a bar does not mean a drinks package or bar staff is included. For seminars, the château advertises fibre internet in the large room, a 215 cm screen, a flipchart and refreshments or meals on request; confirm whether these are available and included for a wedding.

Hire periods and packages

The weekend package runs from Friday at 12:00 to Sunday at 16:00, from €10,000 including tax. The weekday package runs from Tuesday at 12:00 to Thursday at 16:00, from €7,500 including tax, with the same advertised services. The venue describes the latter as a 25% reduction for two nights, excluding options. These prices were checked on 15 October 2026; as the page does not specify a stay-year, obtain a quotation confirming their application to your date.

Advertised inclusions are exclusive use, 15 apartments for 55 people, both pools, indoor and outdoor spaces and reception furniture for 120. This is a venue-hire package, not a meal price or a per-guest rate. Supplementary information states no minimum guest count.

Optional services and terms

Options described include the stretch tent, a photobooth with 400 prints and a personalised weekend template, massages on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, the Estafette Bar/Mojito Truck with standing tables, entertainment including falconry with ring delivery, additional furniture and styling. Prices for these options are not published and must be quoted separately.

The supplied wedding information provides for payment by cheque or bank transfer: 30% when the contract is signed, 20% six months before the event and 50% one month before. Obtain the current contract for security-deposit, cancellation and postponement terms. One event per day and no party curfew are advertised; confirm music, access and neighbourhood arrangements without interpreting this flexibility as an absence of restrictions.
