Château de Breteuil

In Choisel, in Yvelines, Château de Breteuil hosts weddings in the château’s reception rooms or its Orangery. These two independent venues allow couples to choose a reception suited to their guest numbers and the atmosphere they want.

Reception rooms, Orangery and gardens

The Orangery covers 170 m² and can accommodate up to 150 seated guests; an extension into the 60 m² Pheasantry can be discussed with the estate. The website also mentions events for 30 to 250 people, depending on the spaces and layout. These figures do not represent a single seated capacity for the whole château.

Planning the ceremony and evening

The gardens and terraces can host a ceremony or cocktail reception. Couples may choose their own caterer, an equipped kitchen is available, and guest parking is free. Receptions can continue until 5 a.m. The hired spaces are private, but the park remains open to visitors until its closing time.

Accommodation and budget

A three-bedroom apartment is offered on the estate; availability and price must be confirmed. Reception hire is quoted individually: sightseeing tickets are not wedding prices.
