A Breton château for a private celebration

The Salle basse is described as 120 square metres. Recent tourism material suggests approximately 80–90 guests for an indoor meal and up to 120 for standing drinks, while a professional table lists 96 seated and 120 standing. A second room, the Salle à boire et à manger, is listed at 50 square metres, with 20 seated or 40 standing places. These figures describe different layouts and must not be added together. Request a plan allowing for tables, service, exits, dancing and any ceremony area; use the capacity actually approved for your event.

Gardens, tent and wet-weather planning

The courtyard and gardens offer possibilities for different parts of a celebration. Tent descriptions conflict: one profile gives 150 square metres for a nomadic tent, while another describes 300 square metres and different capacities. There is therefore no single outdoor capacity reliable enough to guarantee here. Confirm the structure installed for your date, seated numbers with a dance floor, permissions, lighting, flooring, heating and arrangements for rain or wind. Reception profiles advertise a choice of caterer. One states that there is no corkage charge and that clients may bring their own cake without an additional fee; include these terms in your current quotation. No current official wedding menu, guaranteed dietary provision or complete kitchen inventory is established. Confirm catering preparation space, refrigeration, deliveries, tableware, staff, drinks, cleaning and any required suppliers.

Accommodation, travel and guest accessibility

Tourism information mentions possible overnight stays at the château and farm; one profile refers to a wedding couple’s suite and nearby studios. Confirm the number of bedrooms, beds actually available and their prices. The 86 beds mentioned by another profile are nearby and must not be presented as 86 château beds. Free parking is indicated, without guaranteed supervision. The official FAQ limits access for guests with reduced mobility to the ground floor: check outdoor routes, toilets, the selected room and access to any bedrooms. Published platform hire prices differ: a €3,500–€10,000 range appears alongside other starting prices or minimums, without a consistent tariff year or inclusions.
