A privately hired estate near Nantes
Château de la Rairie in Pont-Saint-Martin hosts weddings, seminars and corporate evenings on an estate advertised as entirely private for each event. The landscaped grounds cover 9.5 hectares. Two adjoining rooms accommodate up to 110 guests for either a seated meal or a standing drinks reception.
Rooms, terrace and wet-weather alternative
The 115-square-metre Salle des Lustres hosts a meal at round tables for up to 110 guests; it has a sound system, microphone and 248-centimetre television. The 125-square-metre Salle Blanche, with a fireplace and a view of the secured swimming pool, is used for dancing and provides an indoor wet-weather alternative for the drinks reception. The outdoor terrace covers 230 square metres: 130 m² landscaped and 100 m² covered in high season. The grounds and Allée des Amoureux host secular ceremonies.
Services, catering and accommodation
Round and rectangular tables, dining chairs, white ceremony chairs, outdoor furniture, a sound system and projector are advertised. A dedicated catering area and a selection of local caterers are provided; whether a listed caterer is compulsory, and menus, diets, allergens, drinks and corkage, require confirmation. A resident DJ and musical entertainment may be available.
Up to 20 guests can stay on site: the 30 m² Symphonie bridal room with a private bathroom, plus three Tiny Houses providing 18 sleeping places. Around 100 partner sleeping places are available within a ten-minute drive, with private-hire vehicle transfers possible. Motorhomes, vans and tents are not permitted.
