In La Sarraz, the château welcomes weddings, private celebrations and business events throughout the year. Historic rooms, versatile spaces and tree-filled gardens let you arrange a reception to suit your group, from an intimate drinks reception to a banquet followed by dancing.
Spaces for your meal and ceremony
Salle de La Débridée accommodates up to 180 seated guests, or 140 with the dance floor kept clear. Grand Cellier and Caveau offer exposed stone and timber beams, while Ancienne cuisine and the dining room suit smaller groups. Civil ceremonies take place in Salle des Chevaliers or Salle Hélène de Mandrot. The gardens host non-religious ceremonies and drinks receptions from April to October, with an indoor backup room that must also be booked.
Planning your reception
Meals and drinks receptions are provided by the château’s approved caterers. Hire includes tables, chairs, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi. Sound equipment, projection and cleaning may cost extra. Salle de La Débridée, on the ground floor, is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. A municipal car park is nearby. The team prepares a personalised quotation according to the rooms, day and length of hire.
