Overlooking the Lot valley, Château de Mercuès brings together historic architecture, a wine estate and hotel accommodation for a reception near Cahors. Exclusive hire of the whole property lets family and friends gather in its different spaces and continue the celebration on site.

Terraces and gardens can host a symbolic ceremony, while the wine cellars offer another setting. The chapel holds 40 people. For the meal, the Salle des Évêques accommodates 100 seated guests. The forecourt welcomes 100 to 150 people depending on the layout, and the main courtyard hosts the evening dancing.

The chef and the in-house team provide the catering. Arrangements are tailored to the chosen menu, with at least one estate wine served during the meal. The hotel has 30 rooms and suites, to be allocated according to guests’ needs.

The 2026 brochure lists exclusive hire from €9,000 per day in February, April, October and November, excluding catering; higher rates apply in the other seasons offered. Request a personal quotation for your date, services and group accommodation.
