A wedding on a twelve-hectare estate

In Tabanac, Château Sentout offers exclusive hire for weddings and group stays among stone buildings, courtyards and gardens. The estate includes seven houses around the main courtyard, a chapel, arcades, a heated swimming pool and several spaces for the ceremony, drinks reception, dinner and party. Twelve hectares of woodland and meadows provide a setting away from the city while remaining in the Bordeaux area.

Separate settings for each stage

Indoor receptions and dinners can accommodate up to 100 people. A Berber tent and outdoor areas are advertised for 120 to 130 guests, depending on the layout. The covered courtyard accommodates approximately 70 for a seated meal or 100 for drinks; the cloister arcades can host a ceremony or reception. These figures describe different configurations and must not be added together. A dance room and nursery complete the facilities. The chapel can accommodate a private ceremony or blessing, subject to the arrangements chosen.

Accommodation for fifty and self-catering hire

The estate advertises 24 bedrooms, including the bridal suite, sleeping 50 guests. Guests can therefore stay for several nights. Two catering kitchens and five guest kitchens support self-catering arrangements. No caterer is compulsory; coordinated services or supported packages can also be discussed. Tables, chairs and garden armchairs are among the advertised furnishings.

Published stay prices

For three days and three nights, from Friday at 4 pm to Monday at 10 am or Monday at 4 pm to Thursday at 10 am, the website lists €13,400–14,900 for 2027, €12,400–15,200 for 2028 and €12,100–14,000 for 2029. A 15% supplement per additional day is advertised. These euro prices cover self-catering hire with accommodation and reception spaces; food and catering are not automatically included. Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax are listed as included. Off-season rates and full package details should be confirmed in a quotation.

Access and practical conditions

A 60-car parking area is advertised. One ground-floor bedroom has an adapted shower room and access to the living area, kitchen and gardens; the full route should be checked against guests’ accessibility needs. Pets are not permitted. Published payment terms specify bank transfer, with 25% at booking and the balance two months before arrival, subject to confirmation in the contract.
