A setting to celebrate your story
Full presentation
Cinéma 3 Casino is located at 11 cours Forbin, in the centre of Gardanne. Renovated and modernised, the venue has three screens and a café-ciné that contributes to local cultural life. Its activity combines film screenings with regular discussions, encounters and other events. The municipal description lists more than three hundred different films each year, including new releases, art-house works and films from many countries, shown in subtitled original versions or in French.
The cinema hosts meetings with film professionals, including directors, actors and producers. Its autumn film festival takes place around the All Saints holiday period. A monthly ciné-poussins screening is offered on Saturday mornings for children aged three and over. The café-ciné also organises activities such as karaoke evenings and events linked to film screenings. The cinema’s calendar distinguishes auditorium events from café activities, helping visitors choose a format appropriate to their interests and the ages of their participants.
Associations, groups and businesses can contact the team to discuss the calendar and opportunities to take part in the programme. Businesses can purchase discounted cinema tickets for their employees; these tickets are valid for two years and can be used at the box office or for online bookings. Arrangements for any particular screening, together with availability and audience capacity, should be confirmed directly with the team. Published ticket prices refer to admission to film sessions and should be understood as such when planning a group outing.
Standard admission is listed at €8.50, reduced admission at €7, and admission for children under fourteen at €4.50. Morning screenings are advertised at €5 for everyone. A six-admission card costs €36, with a €4 activation fee. The cinema opens thirty minutes before each screening.
