Domaine de Candé in Monts, Indre-et-Loire, offers hire for private events, family gatherings, celebrations with friends and professional functions. Terraces, meadow and Windsor Esplanade

The meadow beside the kitchen garden is listed for 500 people and the terraces for 300, each costing €330 for five hours or €550 for eight hours. Windsor Esplanade is listed for 500 people at €660 for five hours or €1,100 for eight hours. The official list does not consistently specify the layout behind these outdoor numbers; event descriptions mainly present them for standing receptions. These figures do not guarantee the same number of covered dinner places. Agree temporary structures, electricity, toilets, technical access and wet-weather arrangements separately.

Combined hire and exclusive use: 2026 prices

Combined Windsor Esplanade and Hunting Pavilion hire costs €860 for five hours or €1,430 for eight hours. It combines the outdoor area listed for 500 people with the pavilion limited to 50 seated or 81 standing guests; adding the figures does not establish an overall event limit. Full-site exclusive hire is advertised at €3,000 per day, with setup or dismantling days at €1,100 per day. The detailed packages charge €70 for each additional hour after midnight. This charge does not authorise unlimited music. VAT, security deposit, insurance, cleaning and precise inclusions are not itemised; obtain a dated agreement.

Catering, equipment and overnight stays

The Hunting Pavilion has a caterer’s kitchen, but the appliances and usage rules are not specified. Confirm caterer selection, deliveries, refrigeration, tableware, staffing, drinks and dietary requirements; no reliable meal price or corkage policy is published. Professional descriptions mention audiovisual equipment and Wi-Fi for certain spaces, without guaranteeing inclusion in every package.
