A wedding stay in Beaujeu
Domaine de Vavril offers weddings on a wine estate in the Beaujolais hills at Beaujeu. Its approach favours a stay that allows couples and their guests to enjoy the reception rooms, gardens and accommodation together. The manor house and outbuildings provide a setting for preparations and extended time with family and friends.
Reception spaces
The 165 m² main hall accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, or 120 when a dance floor is retained in the same space. It has a catering preparation room, cloakroom, projector with screen and Wi-Fi. The approximately 72 m² Pressoir room is advertised for 60 guests and can provide a backup drinks-reception space. Gardens and terraces host ceremonies and drinks with vineyard views; the indoor backup must suit your full guest count.
Accommodation and exclusive hire
The accommodation currently provides a total of 41 sleeping places. From April to October, the offer includes three nights and four days of exclusive hire, with Thursday arrival and Sunday departure, or Friday arrival and Monday departure. Arrival is from 14:00 and departure can be as late as 16:00. From November to March, tailor-made stays with partial or full exclusive hire are offered. A heated, secured swimming pool complements the outdoor areas.
Services and quotation
Caterers are selected from nine approved partners. Linen, end-of-stay cleaning, caretaking and access to the heated pool are among the advertised services; confirm their exact scope in the contract. Estate wines and personalised bottles are optional extras.
