A wedding in nine hectares of parkland

Domaine d’Orgemont combines a restored nineteenth-century château with nine hectares of parkland, woodland and orchard in Cerny, Essonne. Its owners have worked on renovating the estate since 2016, and events resumed after the restoration. The site now welcomes weekend weddings as well as business and association events during the week. The outdoor settings provide varied backdrops for photographs, drinks receptions and walks.

Ceremony chapel and reception marquee

The restored chapel, which the estate says was renovated in 2022, accommodates approximately 60 people for a ceremony or gathering. A marquee of around 144 m² is advertised for roughly 100 seated dining guests, and up to 120 for a standing cocktail reception. Another recent publication mentions 110 seated guests depending on layout. Ask for the contractual capacity for your chosen configuration; the chapel and marquee capacities must not be added together.

Guest rooms, parking and services

The estate advertises 18 bedrooms for approximately 36 overnight guests, divided between the château and other accommodation. An extension to 24 rooms or around 50 beds is presented as a possibility, but availability needs confirmation for your date. Three private parking areas together are said to accommodate up to 80 vehicles. A kitchen and catering arrangements available by prior order help with event planning.
