Domaine Saint Loup is a reception venue in Aspach-Michelbach, in southern Alsace. Converted farm buildings sit within a twenty-hectare property of orchards, gardens, meadows and ponds, with the Vosges providing the backdrop. The setting lends itself to a celebration that moves between different areas: an outdoor symbolic ceremony, drinks beside the terrace and a meal in the reception space chosen for your guest list.

Reception spaces for different celebrations

From April to October, the estate installs a 210-square-metre marquee with opening transparent sides and a wooden floor suitable for dancing. Its published capacity is up to 180 guests for a seated meal or 250 for a cocktail reception, depending on the layout. Smaller gatherings can use the Manoir room for 60 seated guests, the Tonnelet for 18 or the Cyprès for 30. Stone walls, terracotta floors and views towards the garden give the Manoir its distinctive farmhouse character.

Accommodation and practical arrangements

On-site accommodation combines a thirteen-bedroom hotel with a separate six-bedroom holiday house, providing a stated total of 48 sleeping places. This makes it possible to bring part of the wedding party together for a longer stay. Exclusive-use wedding arrangements are available; the required accommodation bookings should be discussed with the estate for your preferred date.

Professional kitchen facilities, catering preparation areas and a cold room support the event arrangements. Several reception rooms offer step-free access and accessible toilets, although the appropriate route depends on which spaces are booked.
