An exclusive-use estate in Villefranque
Domaine Santa Maria hosts weddings and private events in Villefranque, near Bayonne. Its official offer provides full exclusive hire and allows organisers to choose their own suppliers. The estate also offers a list of recommended contacts and support in planning a reception suited to the project.
From an intimate dinner to a large reception
Le Patio, a 500 m² space with exposed roof timbers, is advertised for 20–450 seated guests. The 150 m² Salon Eugénie offers another setting for dinners of 15–60 people. The standing reception capacity of 850 applies to all the spaces combined and should not be treated as the capacity of a single room. Seating plans, stages and dance-floor arrangements remain subject to approval for each wedding.
The grounds include terraces, a park, a palm-lined avenue and the Kayolar bar, which offers a separate atmosphere for continuing the evening. Two dressing rooms are available for the couple or performers to prepare. A 60 m² multipurpose room can be allocated to children or another function, depending on the event arrangements.

The advertised hire includes furniture, Meyer Sound audio equipment, architectural lighting, parking, concierge services and support from the team. The inventory and scope of each service should be confirmed in the contract. Free choice of caterer allows couples to plan menus and drinks with their preferred team. Additional coordination, entertainment and brunch can be considered separately.
Nearby accommodation and budget
The estate lists partner houses approximately three minutes away on foot, offering around thirty sleeping places in total, as well as hotels accessible by shuttle. These are not bedrooms inside the reception spaces. Wedding hire of €8,500–€15,000 is published as an indicative guide; the actual budget must be confirmed according to the spaces and services selected.
