In Saint-Pierre-du-Perray, Ferme de Villeray occupies a country estate of approximately two hectares near the Rougeau forest and a golf course. The restored nineteenth-century farm welcomes weddings and family celebrations away from busy town centres. Its location close to the Francilienne ring road makes it accessible from Essonne and southern Île-de-France.

Reception rooms and ceremony areas

The main reception hall measures approximately 120 m² and can accommodate around 100 guests, depending on the seating plan. A separate 70 m² lounge can be used for children or a drinks reception. A covered patio and terrace of approximately 100 m² connect to the reception area, providing a useful sheltered option in case of rain. The private garden covers around 1,400 m² and may be used for photographs, a drinks reception or a symbolic wedding ceremony.

Services and overnight stays

A catering preparation room is available, with service equipment, practical access and sanitary facilities. Outside caterers may be used in accordance with the estate’s conditions. Guest rooms are also offered on site, but couples should ask the venue to confirm the available categories, capacities and dates, and whether they are included in the wedding package.
