Hôtel 1770 Avignon

Hôtel 1770 is a four-star hotel at 107 allée Vire Abeille, Le Pontet, 6 km northeast of Avignon. Its renovated Provençal house, built in 1770, combines old beams and a marble staircase with contemporary décor, a wedding venue, Factory restaurant, Spa Kokoon and accommodation for some of your guests.

Spaces, layouts and capacities

L’Événement Ciel officially accommodates 180 seated guests, with sound and lighting. Its indicative 250 m² floor area and 300-person cocktail capacity must be confirmed for the chosen layout, dance floor and service areas; they do not replace the official seated capacity. Bright meeting rooms Colori, Natura and Camargue accommodate respectively 12, 25 and 30 people, with indicative areas of 46, 52 and 85 m². These are meeting capacities, not wedding dining capacities. Meeting equipment includes free Wi-Fi, chairs, break space, flipchart, paper, pens, bottled water and a large HDMI screen. Confirm the equipment and furniture included in the reception contract.

Room hire and reception budget

Indicative starting prices for empty rooms: Colori 240 €, Natura 360 €, Camargue 480 €, L’Événement Ciel 720 €. Checked on 11 October 2026; hire duration, taxes and included equipment are unspecified. Reconfirm them: these are neither complete wedding packages nor prices per guest. Reception meals, drinks, service, rooms and options require a tailored quotation.

The choice of DJ may be restricted. Ask the quotation to specify permitted suppliers, music hours, hire duration, taxes, equipment, catering, deposit and cancellation terms. The Échappée à deux voucher requires booking, is valid 365 days after purchase and excludes tourist tax, Sunday evenings, 24 and 31 December, 12–14 February and special evenings.

Factory restaurant

Set in a former printing works, Factory has brasserie, lounge and bioclimatic terrace spaces. Live music is advertised on Friday and Saturday evenings. Opening: Monday–Saturday, 12:00–14:30 and 19:00–23:30; event hours require separate confirmation. Monday–Friday lunch costs 21 € per person for starter and main or main and dessert, or 26 € for all three courses. These are restaurant prices, not wedding menus. Table bookings: +33 4 90 81 17 64.

24 rooms and suites

The hotel advertises 19 double rooms of approximately 22 m², 3 family duplexes of approximately 40 m² and 2 junior suites of approximately 40 m². Duplexes and junior suites sleep 2–4 people, with a mezzanine in the duplexes and a sofa bed in the suites. Non-smoking, air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms include Wi-Fi, TV, safe, minibar, coffee and tea facilities and ironing equipment. Two wheelchair-accessible rooms are advertised.

Indicative accommodation: double rooms from 149 € per night in low season, triple rooms 229 €, quadruple rooms 239 €, subject to date and availability. Cot: 20 € per night. Pet supplement: 18 €, charging frequency to confirm; pets under 6 kg are accepted. Group rates start at 12 people; confirm their conditions and advertised free accommodation for drivers. Check-in from 16:00, usual check-out 11:00; a post-wedding departure at 12:00 requires confirmation. Buffet or à la carte breakfast 07:30–10:30: 18 € per adult, 13 € per child up to 12. Room-service breakfast 07:00–10:30: 22 € per person, booked at reception.

Spa Kokoon and stay packages

Three treatment rooms for solo or duo treatments include one accessible room. The heated indoor pool measures 5 × 11 m, depth 1.30 m. Pool hours: resident guests 07:30–21:00, outside visitors 10:00–20:00. Book treatments ideally 24 hours ahead; treatments of at least 50 minutes include 1½ hours of pool access, subject to availability. Robes, slippers and towels are provided; minors require an accompanying adult.

• L’Échappée Kokoon’in — 129 € per person: 50-minute relaxing massage, 1½ hours in the pool, organic tea, pastry and a homemade chocolate bar.
• L’Éveil des sens — 125 € per person: breakfast, 1½ hours in the pool and a 50-minute massage chosen from the menu.
• Évasion Bien-Être — 149 € per person: champagne or cocktail, main, dessert and hot drink, 1½ hours in the pool, 50-minute relaxing massage solo or duo and tea afterwards. Lunch offer except Sundays, by reservation and subject to availability.
• Échappée à deux — 485 € for two: one night in a classic double room, breakfasts, pool, one 50-minute massage each and dinner with cocktail or champagne, main, dessert and coffee or tea. Voucher valid 365 days from purchase; booking required; Sunday evenings, 24 and 31 December, 12–14 February and special evenings excluded. Tourist tax excluded.

The published treatment and package menus have no stated validity period: reconfirm prices. Californian or Swedish massage: 60 €/25 minutes, 109 €/50 minutes, 169 €/80 minutes. Fifty-minute facials: 85 €, anti-ageing 90 €. Body rituals: 120 €/60 minutes, 130 € or 139 €/85 minutes; additional 25-minute massage 50 €. These are separate from venue hire.
