At the Cap d’Antibes, the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc offers weddings in a park and seaside environment. The reception can be part of a stay on site, with hotel spaces chosen according to the times of the day. Weddings are organised exclusively by the hotel’s team: your first point of contact is therefore its events department.
The official presentation of weddings announces celebrations of 40 to 100 guests. This information refers to the offer described by the hotel; it does not constitute a seated dinner capacity valid in all rooms. For the weddings concerned, the establishment also indicates a minimum booking of twenty rooms for two nights, depending on the date and number of participants. These conditions must be confirmed with your proposal.
Ceremonies can be envisaged at the Eden-Roc Lounge. The Îles de Lérins lounge is one of the spaces presented for receptions. The team combines organization, cooking and pastry to build the program. The course of events, the place of the meal and the spaces actually reserved must be defined together, especially if you want several sequences in the same day.
The FAQ wedding provides soft music until one o’clock in the morning in the salon of the Îles de Lérins. This specification applies to this reception room and format; it does not allow to assume a dancing evening everywhere on the domain. The choice of rooms, menus and period of stay are subject to availability of the hotel.
To prepare a useful exchange, indicate your date, the number of people at each time and your accommodation or transportation needs. Ask for a written proposal specifying the spaces reserved, the schedules, the menus, the options and the payment terms.
