Kasteel Gravenhof is situated on Alsembergsesteenweg in Dworp, within the municipality of Beersel south of Brussels. The historic castle combines reception spaces with a hotel, restaurant and green surroundings. Its brick frontage, terrace and gardens give the estate a distinctive setting for weddings and family celebrations. Located in Flemish Brabant, it is accessible via exit 20 of the Brussels Ring.

Reception rooms and dinner arrangements

The castle offers several rooms for weddings and receptions, with arrangements adapted to the size and requirements of each group. Its official wedding information states a maximum capacity of 250 guests for dinner. This is a dinner capacity: the room plan for welcome drinks, dancing and other parts of the celebration should be discussed with the team. One or more rooms can be hired depending on the event’s size and programme.

The garden offers possibilities for an outdoor wedding ceremony. The terrace and grounds add outdoor options to the indoor reception rooms. When planning any outdoor element, couples should agree on the exact arrangement and an alternative for unsuitable weather in advance.

Restaurant and accommodation

Gravenhof has a restaurant and brasserie serving Belgian and European cooking, together with a bar and a terrace within the castle grounds. The meal for a private event is discussed as part of a tailored proposal. The hotel advertises 26 suites, allowing some wedding guests to stay at the venue. Availability and room allocation need separate confirmation, particularly when several guests intend to stay over the same weekend.

Access and planning

The estate provides parking for 250 cars and lists Wi-Fi among its facilities. According to the official contact page, Huizingen railway station is approximately three kilometres away. Alongside weddings, Gravenhof hosts receptions, family celebrations, dinners, seminars and team-building events. To request a suitable proposal, provide the preferred date, expected dinner and evening guest numbers, and accommodation requirements. During a visit, confirm which rooms, outdoor areas, catering arrangements and practical terms will be included in the quotation.
