No wedding bed capacity is guaranteed here: confirm bed arrangements, available nights, adapted rooms and exclusive use. The operator offers chef-led on-site catering. Ask for the reception menus, dietary arrangements, drinks, cake, brunch, staffing and any outside-caterer policy. Do not assume that these services are all included in hiring the barn.

Equipment and activities to include in your quotation

The barn is described with a stage, large screen and professional sound system for conferences and galas. Meeting-room equipment, relaxation facilities and estate leisure activities belong to separate offers: agree banquet furniture, lighting, electrical supply, technical installation, hours and staffing for your reception. The park and Fruiticum provide a distinctive landscaped setting. Public access, photography permission and private-event hire do not grant the same usage rights.

The contact address is 19 Rue de l’Abbaye, 1370 Jodoigne. The estate is described as around 45 minutes from Brussels, with road access via the E411 and N25. Free on-site parking is advertised; a brochure mentions 300 spaces, subject to confirmation for your event. The map point identifies the establishment. Check parking-to-room routes, cobbles, thresholds, accessible toilets and delivery or coach access: parking availability does not establish accessibility throughout every building.

Prices, hours and booking

Private receptions require a tailored quotation. The advertised professional package of EUR 290–495 excluding VAT per participant per day is an all-inclusive seminar rate, not a wedding price. Request a dated breakdown covering VAT, duration, minimum attendance, accommodation, catering, setup and dismantling, cleaning, security and supplements. Deposit, damage bond, cancellation, noise, music finish time and coexistence with other activities are not fully established in public information. Walking-access hours do not determine party hours: your written booking defines access.
