Weddings and stays at La Toubana Hôtel & Spa, Sainte-Anne

At the entrance to Sainte-Anne on Grande-Terre, La Toubana Hôtel & Spa hosts weddings and celebrations in a five-star hotel overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Its equipped beach, tropical gardens, rooms, restaurants and panoramic terrace provide settings for secular ceremonies, cocktails and meals. The events team supports coordination, flowers, furniture, music, food and accommodation through bespoke quotations; inclusions depend on the contract.

Spaces: separate dining, cocktail and conference layouts

The official Marie-Galante room is 100 m²: 110 theatre-style, thirty-five in a U, sixty-five at round tables, forty in crescent layouts and fifty-five classroom-style. Les Saintes, 40 m², advertises forty theatre-style, twenty-five in a U, thirty at round tables and fifteen in crescents. Petite-Terre, 18 m², accommodates twenty theatre-style, eight in a U, ten at round tables or four in crescents. Natural light, air conditioning and audiovisual equipment are described for the rooms; adding their capacities does not guarantee a shared banquet.

The wedding FAQ lists three flexible rooms for up to eighty, while other pages specify different corporate layouts. The roughly 100 m² Bar de la Mer terrace is documented for eighty to one hundred depending on arrangement, with flexible furniture and possible sound equipment. The beach is offered for up to two hundred at cocktail receptions, with furniture, private bar, entertainment and coordination depending on the offer; that is not a guaranteed seated-dinner capacity.

Documented reception layouts list Grand Bleu up to 120 seated, the beach restaurant sixty seated or 150 standing, and the panoramic pergola eighty at cocktails. They differ from official room layouts: specify your wedding plan, reserved space, access and weather alternative. Dance-floor provision and accessibility vary by space; no universal accessibility is guaranteed without a confirmed route.

Food, hours and booking

Plated meals, buffets and cocktail receptions combine Creole, local and international cuisine; vegetarian dishes, gluten-free choices and allergies are handled on request. Wedding cake or dessert may be made on site or by an outside pastry chef, with portions and terms agreed. Outside caterers are not automatically freely chosen: documented terms impose the venue’s catering even though the team coordinates suppliers.

Grand Bleu offers breakfast 07:00–10:00, lunch 12:00–14:00 and dinner 19:00–22:00; Sunday lunch is its Signature Buffet. La Plage lists food and sun loungers 12:00–18:00, drinks 10:00–19:00. Bar de la Mer opens 10:00–22:00. Hours are seasonal, to reconfirm, and separate from private events. A 02:00 music finish is documented; agree sound limits, staffing, outside drinks and cleaning contractually.

A wedding date requires a signed contract and deposit. A hire schedule describes fifty percent deposits for several spaces and no security deposit; confirm duration, cancellation and guarantees in the current offer. Stay and package-tour terms do not replace reception conditions. Non-refundable bookings are neither amendable nor cancellable according to the FAQ; other changes are handled with reservations. Book early for high season and public holidays.

Reception prices separate from stays

Weddings are quoted by guest count, space, food, decoration, lighting, music and nights. Documented space-hire starting prices are panoramic pergola €1,000 including tax, beach restaurant €3,000 including tax and Grand Bleu €5,000 including tax. Duration and inclusions are not fully established: these indicative figures are neither complete wedding packages nor per-guest rates. Preferential accommodation rates for groups may be available subject to availability.

The official Grand Bleu 2025/2026 menu lists starters €26–34, fish dishes €38–49, vegetarian risotto €32 and meat dishes €40–44. Live-tank lobster is €16 per 100 g, charged by weight, and a sharing fish dish is €98 for two people. Desserts €15–22 and gourmet champagne €28; drinks extra. These seasonal restaurant references must be reconfirmed for a reception. Beach and bar menus are separate: the bar lists a 6 cl Ti-punch at €8, 33 cl beers €8–9 and reference-specific classic cocktails with stated volumes. Nightly offers with their own inclusions

The website publishes a reopening offer from €306 per night for 16 October–2 November 2026, including room, welcome refreshment and minibar, Wi-Fi, available cot and VAT; breakfast excluded. Flexible from €360 per night provides room without breakfast and these welcome services. Book Early, with an advertised ten-percent reduction, starts at €324 per night, booked by 16 October 2026 for stays from 12 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, with the same services and breakfast excluded; its exclusion calendar contains inconsistent dates, to clarify before commitment.

Happiness from €520 per night until 2 November 2026 includes room, American breakfast, Grand Bleu dinner and welcome services, with an upgrade only subject to availability. Softness & Well-being from €524 per night until 31 October 2026 includes room and a day with hammam, one-hour massage, pool or beach and La Plage lunch excluding drinks, Monday to Friday excluding holidays; breakfast excluded.

Romantic Getaway from €756.60 per night, valid until 31 October 2026, describes bungalow, minimum five nights, welcome services and minibar, romantic beach dinner including drinks, in-room gift, forty-five-minute couples massage and thirty minutes of hammam/sauna, Wi-Fi and VAT; breakfast excluded. Its stated condition is within nine months after the wedding with presentation of marriage banns. These offers advertise a separate €3 tourist tax per night per adult over seventeen, payable on site; confirm occupancy, availability, dates, taxes and contract. They are not reception prices.

Bungalows, suites and villas

The current FAQ lists thirty-one bungalows, twelve suites and three villas. Confirm total group bed capacity; older inventories may not describe the current offer. Sea or partial-sea-view bungalows are 50 m², Junior Suites 70 m² with convertible sofa; Alcove versions sleep two adults and one child under twelve. Ti Kaz options have a private pool, as a 50 m² bungalow or 70 m² Junior Suite.

Classic Suite, 116 m², with bedroom, kitchen and terrace; Patio, 134 m², with two bedrooms, patio and covered terrace; Master, 161 m², with two bedrooms and private pool. The Panoramic Suite has a sea-view terrace, without a current established area here. Ura and Idika villas have four bedrooms, Ayati three; each has private pool, kitchen and living space. Confirm authorised occupancy for each booking. Villas benefit from hotel services, daily housekeeping and room service; private chef and other services are on request.

Check-in from 16:00, check-out 11:00; early arrival or late departure subject to availability and supplements. Small dogs up to five kilograms are admitted for €50 per stay. Cots and family services are on request. Free secure parking, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, infinity pool, beach and fitness room are advertised. Request the adapted room and routes, particularly down to the beach.

Spa and relaxation days, separate supplements

Sisley Spa provides three treatment rooms, one double, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and relaxation area. External clients are accepted by reservation; the website states 09:00–19:00 and the brochure 09:30 opening, to confirm. The October 2025 treatment schedule lists: Expert facial sixty minutes €150; Exceptional Youth ninety minutes €215; Eye treatment twenty minutes €80; body exfoliation thirty minutes €80; Zen Harmony, Firmness/Slimming body treatment and specialist massages sixty to ninety minutes €150–215; reflexology forty-five minutes €120. These are wellness services with no medical-treatment promise, and prices should be reconfirmed.

Flash mask supplement €15, Black Rose mask €30 and fifteen-minute scalp massage €45. For ages four to twelve: Doux Rêve thirty minutes €70, Complicité Retrouvée €140 for a duo. Hammam/sauna thirty minutes €30 per person; private Love Jacuzzi forty-five minutes €100 for two with champagne and petits fours; hands or feet beauty treatment forty-five minutes €120.

Days: Douceur €205 per person, sauna/hammam, one-hour Californian massage, lunch and pool or beach; Future Maman €320, suitable massage and facial with lunch and access; Cocooning €365, breakfast, sauna/hammam, massage and facial with lunch and access; Évasion €495, sauna/hammam, scrub, massage and facial with lunch and access. Love €410 for two, sauna/hammam, couples massage, lunch and access; Parent–Child €240, massage, lunch and access for a parent and child aged four to twelve. Published treatment durations are respectively ninety minutes, 105 minutes, 135 minutes, three and a half hours, ninety minutes and thirty minutes; they do not mean total visit duration.

These days run Monday to Friday excluding holidays: Grand Bleu and pool November to May, La Plage and beach/pool June to October, with morning treatments subject to availability. Switching to a specialist massage or facial has a documented €15 supplement. Cancelling a treatment less than twenty-four hours ahead results in the stated full charge; lateness or early departure receives no refund. None is automatically included in a wedding.

Additional services and contacts

Concierge services by reservation: private Pôle Caraïbes transfers, delivered car hire, neighbouring-island or Basse-Terre excursions, in-room hairdressing and babysitting booked forty-eight hours ahead. Electric mountain biking near Saint-François is offered through partners, not a trail or golf course within the hotel. Seminars offer Day Delegate with breaks and lunch, or Residential with accommodation, breakfasts, breaks and meals, quoted separately.

Sainte-Anne centre is roughly two kilometres away, Pointe-à-Pitre fifteen and the international airport twenty, depending on route.
