A setting to celebrate your story

An intimate wedding estate in Nièvre
Le Domaine de Passy is located in Varennes-lès-Narcy, approximately six kilometres from La Charité-sur-Loire. It combines a reception room, two cottages and an enclosed garden in a countryside setting. Close to the ruins of Château de Passy-les-Tours, the estate welcomes small weddings, birthdays, family gatherings and private events.
A reception room for 50 seated guests
The current room accommodates up to 50 seated guests. It has an equipped catering kitchen and opens onto a large terrace. The furniture described by the venue includes six round tables and fifty Napoleon III-style chairs. Arrangements can centre on a shared meal and extend outdoors according to the season and package selected.
The estate offers the possibility of setting up a marquee on the terrace. Its planted, flower-filled garden provides a setting for an outdoor ceremony, drinks reception or photographs. Two gazebos complement the grounds, which also include a swimming pool. Use of the outdoor spaces and pool should be agreed with the hosts.
Two cottages sleeping eleven
The Huguette de Corvol cottage, above the reception room, has two bedrooms and sleeps five. Perrinet Gressard, in a nineteenth-century stone house, provides three bedrooms for six people. Together, the cottages allow eleven guests to stay on site, subject to availability.
Planning your celebration
The estate can be reached from the A77 motorway via La Charité-sur-Loire and Varennes-lès-Narcy. Its address is 6 Rue de Vergennes. A new reception barn is announced for July 2027; events taking place before it opens should use the capacity of the current room. Provide your preferred date, guest numbers and accommodation requirements to receive a proposal suited to your celebration.
