A reception estate in Fayt-lez-Manage

Le Val-Fayt hosts weddings and private events in a characterful former farmhouse on Rue de la Croyère in Fayt-lez-Manage. Brick walls, exposed timber beams and garden areas create a countryside setting within the wider Charleroi area. Several reception spaces and accommodation are available on the same estate, allowing couples to organise the meal, time with their guests and an overnight stay around one location.

Three spaces with different atmospheres

The upstairs Grange is distinguished by its impressive exposed wooden roof structure. The official website lists capacity for 180 seated guests and up to 350 standing guests in this room. The ground-floor Orangery overlooks the gardens and is listed for 50 seated guests. Also on the ground floor, the vaulted Grand Hall is offered in combination with the Grange. Final guest numbers depend on the rooms booked, furniture layout, service arrangements and the space required for dancing.

Gardens, planning and accommodation

The French-style garden provides options for outdoor parts of the celebration. A furnished marquee arrangement can be discussed and quoted separately. Venue hire is offered with or without catering, depending on the selected package. Parking, Wi-Fi and presentation equipment are among the facilities available for events.

Exclusive use of the accommodation is also offered for guests wishing to stay together after the celebration. The official events page currently describes fourteen rooms available for this purpose.
