A seaside celebration village in Normandy

Les Tourelles hosts weddings, family reunions, birthdays and business events in Asnelles, Calvados, on Normandy’s D-Day coast in France. This Cap France holiday village combines a historic villa, accommodation buildings and more than one hectare of seaside grounds. Access is from Rue de la Marine; the postal address is 15 avenue de la Libération, 14960 Asnelles. For a destination wedding, request a proposal identifying the spaces reserved and whether other groups will be present: a private celebration does not automatically include exclusive use of all accommodation and grounds.

Reception room, terrace and room layouts

The private-celebration offer describes a reception room for around one hundred people and a 100-square-metre terrace overlooking the sea. Agree dining, standing and dancing layouts on a plan: meeting capacity is not dinner-and-dancing capacity. Seminar information gives a 100-seat plenary room and two breakout rooms for 20–40 people. Professional tables sometimes list 120 theatre places for the plenary room and distinguish Brécy, Saint-Côme and Le Manoir. These layouts cannot be added together. Confirm the allocated room, usable area, exits, catering circulation and a wet-weather alternative for the terrace.

Accommodation for a longer celebration

The official site advertises 56 bedrooms and seven chalets accommodating more than 120 people, including 16 bedrooms renovated in 2025. Four adapted bedrooms are offered for guests with reduced mobility. Your reservation should specify beds, family rooms, chalets and nights actually available. A network profile groups the units differently, listing 63 rooms; use the operator’s allocation rather than calculating a new bed total. Described bedrooms have a shower, toilet, television and Wi-Fi; linen and made beds are offered according to the package. Confirm arrival and departure times, minimum nights and inclusions for your guests.

Catering, equipment and activities

The team offers on-site seasonal cooking and Normandy specialities. Residential packages mention buffet breakfast and plated meals, with wine, cider, coffee or tea depending on the arrangement; these do not establish a wedding menu. Request prices for drinks receptions, dining, brunch, cake, children, allergies and beverages. Outside-caterer freedom and absence of corkage are not guaranteed. A stage, sound system, screen, projector and Wi-Fi are listed for the plenary room. An indoor heated pool from April to October, a two-person sauna, pétanque and beach activities can complement the stay, subject to booking slots and group conditions.

Prices: distinguish older rates from a current quotation

The reception page displays a starting price of €76 per night per person for half board, excluding membership. However, its linked document is dated 2022: the €200 room-hire price and other figures in that document are not guaranteed 2026 quotations. The current seminar offer advertises residential stays from €125 per night per person, excluding membership; this business package must not be treated as a wedding package. Published 2026 group-tourism rates also vary by season. Obtain a dated quotation in euros specifying VAT, membership, minimum participants, meals, nights, rooms, cleaning, insurance, security deposit, payment schedule and cancellation.

Travel, hours and planning your reception

On-site parking is advertised, without a confirmed reserved capacity. Check routes between bedrooms, villa, reception room, terrace and toilets for guests with reduced mobility. Reception-desk hours vary by season and do not determine a party’s finish time: agree music, suppliers, setup, decorations and clearing up.
