Mas de Baumes

Mas de Baumes hosts weddings in Ferrières-les-Verreries, in the natural landscapes of Pic Saint-Loup north of Montpellier. Two areas for the different parts of the day

The estate distinguishes Domaine des Lys from Domaine de Baumes; they can be hired separately or together according to the project. A 120-square-metre covered area shelters drinks receptions or ceremonies. A modular 280-square-metre marquee, which can be closed and heated, provides a setting for dinner and the evening party. Outdoor areas extend the options for photographs and arrivals. Final capacity must be confirmed against the table plan and the spaces actually reserved.

Prices and catering

Advertised starting prices are €2,000 for Domaine des Lys, €3,000 for Domaine de Baumes and €3,500 for complete exclusive hire, depending on the season. One exclusive-hire option is presented as running from 4 pm until 11 am the next day; extensions and setup arrangements are specified in the quotation. The catering service offers three ranges of substantial cocktail receptions and three seated-menu ranges, with adjustments for dietary requirements and declared allergies. The advertised catering services include staff, tableware and furniture. Brunch or lunch the next day can complete the celebration.

External suppliers remain possible, and outside caterers are accepted subject to conditions. The team can also recommend music, photography, decoration and preparation partners. Music and timing conditions should be confirmed contractually, even in a setting without immediate neighbours.

On-site accommodation and access

The estate advertises accommodation for up to 96 people, including nine rooms, three furnished rentals and ten six-person tipis. This total therefore includes seasonal accommodation and needs checking for the chosen date. The bridal room is presented as complimentary within the wedding package. The site indicates accessible spaces, an adapted room and parking. Driving times are approximately 45 minutes from Montpellier and one hour from Nîmes, depending on the route.
