Mas de la Barben

Rooms and outdoor areas

The main room covers 320 square metres. The site advertises an authorised maximum occupancy of 300 people, which should be distinguished from dinner capacity once buffets and a dance floor are installed. Le Chai combines areas of 120 and 50 square metres, with a stated maximum occupancy of 150. Both spaces have caterer access, toilets and access for people with reduced mobility.

A 900-square-metre courtyard bordered by 250 square metres of covered space provides a setting for arrivals and social moments. A cocktail area shaded by trees and sails can host a ceremony or drinks reception. Professional rooms of 80 and 50 square metres extend the options for meetings or separate activities.

Furniture and equipment

Advertised furniture includes round tables, white Napoleon chairs and standing tables. Wifi is available, and the main room includes a projector and screen. Stage platforms, a speaker and a microphone are optional depending on the space. Sound, catering and security requirements should be agreed with the team.

Official hire rates

Le Chai is advertised from €4,000 for use from 10 am on the wedding day until 11 am the next day, or from €4,800 until 5 pm. The main room starts at €6,000 or €7,000 for the same durations. Access for setup the previous day from 10 am to 6 pm is advertised as included. Meals and additional services must be priced separately in the quotation.

Six bedrooms and access

Three double rooms and three triple rooms accommodate up to 15 people. Published nightly rates are €140 and €170 respectively, including breakfast. The estate is on route de Sauve at kilometre 8 in Nîmes; the booking should specify access, parking and room availability.
