Events among aviation collections

Located in the former Le Bourget airport terminal, the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace hires indoor and outdoor spaces for standing receptions, seated dinners, dancing, seminars, meetings, team-building activities, concerts, festivals and large-scale events. Its offer distinguishes workspaces, reception spaces and large volumes. Conditions vary according to museum opening days, programming, the selected area and the safety requirements associated with the collections.

Meetings and seminars

The workspaces advertised include the Boeing 747, Salle Caquot, Auditorium Roland Garros, Salle Pionniers de l’air and Salle Grande Guerre. Furniture, equipment, capacity and accessibility must be confirmed for each project. The museum also has a dedicated space-hire and filming team to help select the venue and prepare the event.

Receptions and large-scale events

For an evening event or reception, the current catalogue names Hall Concorde, Hall de la Cocarde and its mezzanine, Salle des Huit Colonnes, Salon Dollfus, the Grande Galerie mezzanine, Hall de l’espace, the mezzanines in the rotary-wing and interwar halls, and Hall Seconde Guerre mondiale. Hall Concorde and the tarmac are offered for large-scale events. Dancing is permitted only in Hall Concorde, Hall de la Cocarde and the Grande Galerie mezzanine, subject to special conditions.

Salle des Huit Colonnes

This Art Deco room, now the museum’s entrance hall, may be privately hired on Mondays, when the museum is closed. It covers 1,100 m². Its official capacity is 1,500 guests for a standing reception and 400 for a seated meal. These figures apply to this room alone and must not be added to those of other spaces without written approval.

How are reviews verified?
  1. An account with a verified email address

The author posts from their wedding account using a confirmed email address. Their email address and contact details are never displayed in the review.

  2. A collaboration confirmed before the event

The client and the professional must have confirmed their collaboration on VENUIVO before the event date. Simply adding a favourite or requesting a quote is not enough.

  3. A review after the event

A review can only be published after the scheduled date for a confirmed collaboration that has not been cancelled. Only one review may be published per collaboration.

  4. The same rules for all reviews

Positive and negative reviews are assessed using the same criteria. Abusive or promotional content and content containing private contact details are rejected. Reviews can be reported, and the professional can respond.

These checks make reviews more reliable. They confirm the collaboration process on VENUIVO; the assessment remains the author’s own.
