Private hire of an Art Deco palace in Paris
The Palais de la Porte Dorée, at 293 avenue Daumesnil in Paris’s 12th arrondissement, hosts business events during the day or evening. The 1931 building houses the National Museum of the History of Immigration, the Tropical Aquarium and several event spaces. Its official offer includes business meetings, study days, internal or client evenings, gala dinners, fashion shows, product launches, filming and private visits. Every project remains subject to space availability, public opening hours and the venue’s approval.
Hall d’Honneur, Péristyle and Forum
The Hall d’Honneur provides 450 m² of usable space and accommodates up to 450 guests for a standing reception or 200 for a seated dinner. Its glazed doors open onto the Péristyle, a 225 m² outdoor space advertised for 100 to 200 guests. The Forum, a former ballroom with a pyramidal ceiling and monumental frescoes, covers 800 m² including a fixed 73 m² stage. Published capacities are 500 guests for dinner, 600 in theatre layout and 800 for a standing reception. It is available every evening, during the day on Mondays and, depending on the project, at other times on request.
Other spaces and formats
The Palais also includes the Hall Marie Curie, the Salon des laques Jean Dunand, the Auditorium Philippe Dewitte, meeting workshops, the Tropical Aquarium and the forecourt. Depending on the room, the workshops accommodate 20 to 50 people and are advertised as available every day, during the day and evening. The forecourt and enclosed garden cover 1,400 m² and can accommodate up to 1,000 people, alone or as an add-on, outside public opening hours. Visits to the monument, museum or aquarium may complement an event.
