Your wedding in Cellettes, in the Loire Valley

Parc & Château de Beauregard welcomes weddings throughout the year in Cellettes, at 12 chemin de la Fontaine in Loir-et-Cher. The estate offers two rooms in its seventeenth-century outbuildings and outdoor areas. This historic setting near Blois and Cheverny allows separate spaces for dinner, cocktails and time outdoors. The booking must define the private areas: hiring a room does not mean exclusive use of the entire château or visitor grounds.

Two separate rooms: capacities must not be added

The official offer states 140 seated guests in the Orangerie, with an 800 m² private garden, and 70 seated guests in the Salle des Lys, opening towards the château’s main lawn. Reception information describes the nearby rooms as non-communicating. Commercial floor areas differ: the Orangerie is listed at 172 m², broken down as 128 + 44 m², or 250 m²; the Lys room at 70 or 77 m². They also advertise 250 standing guests in the Orangerie and 120 in the Lys, with seated figures differing from the official offer. Confirm each room’s figures and layout. No combined 210-seat capacity is guaranteed. Theatre capacity, safety plans, service circulation and dance-floor space require approval.

Grounds, ceremonies and outdoor arrangements

The 40-hectare grounds offer different gardens and views. The official offer allows marquees over an area of up to 1,000 m²; this is neither an automatically supplied structure nor a guest capacity. Night lighting of the château and allée de Chambord contributes to the reception setting. The Orangerie garden and lawn by the Lys room can form part of a tailored event. Agree arrangements for an on-site ceremony, covered rain backup, installation permits, toilets, power and ground protection. Commercial figures for very large outdoor events are not adopted as wedding capacity.

Catering, drinks and services

Reception presentations indicate a freely chosen caterer, with a list available on request, and freedom to select a photographer and DJ. A caterer’s kitchen and dance floor are mentioned without a published technical inventory. Agree menus, diets, allergens, children’s meals and brunch with the suppliers; no certified dietary package is assumed. Guests’ own drinks and an outside cake are advertised commercially, with no advertised cake supplement; confirm corkage and service arrangements. The quotation should itemise tables, chairs, crockery, linen, sound, lighting, screen, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning and staffing. References to heated rooms and a fireplace do not replace a contractual inventory.

Hire and financial terms

Hire requires an individual quotation. An undated commercial indication places hire at €2,500–€5,100 without an established year, season, taxes, duration or inclusions: it is not a firm rate, a per-person price, a meal or an overnight stay. The same information mentions a 50% advance, balance on the event day and an unspecified security deposit. One-day weekday hire and one- or two-day weekend hire are described, subject to confirmation. The commercial minimum of 130 guests is inconsistent with the smaller 70-seat room and is not imposed here as a general minimum. Payment methods, cancellation, insurance, cleaning, children, overtime and accommodation extras are unpublished.

Stay at the Cottage de Beauregard

The official website confirms a two-bedroom cottage sleeping up to five people, with a private garden and an entrance separate from visitors. A stay includes access to the grounds and château admission. Book this accommodation separately, subject to availability; it is not treated as included in reception hire. A 70 m² floor area and an outbuilding duplex for four additional people appear in commercial information, but the duplex is not confirmed on the official accommodation page consulted. Only the cottage’s five official sleeping places are therefore retained, not a combined nine. Ask about nightly rates, minimum stays and wedding supplements.

Access, mobility and timings

Road access includes the A10, Blois exit, then Cellettes. Blois–Chambord station is advertised as 7 km away; tourist shuttles are seasonal and timetables need checking for your date. An illuminated private reception car park is advertised without an official space count. For visits, the château lies around 600 m from the ticket office along winding paths, with wheelchair access limited to the ground floor. Verify routes, drop-off and toilets for each reception room. Visitor rules allow leashed dogs in the grounds and require them to be carried or in a bag indoors; agree reception rules separately. Commercial information describing unlimited hours conflicts with a section acknowledging an unspecified limit: no unrestricted finish time is guaranteed.

Business events and tailored enquiries

The estate also offers seminars, training sessions, management meetings and product launches. Historic rooms may be reserved on request for smaller events or prestige dinners. Private visits and Loire wine tastings are possible activities, not automatically included. For a wedding enquiry, provide your date, preferred room, guest count, suppliers and timetable to info@beauregard-loire.com or +33 2 54 70 41 65. The map marks the château building, distinct from the road entrance and ticket office. Photographs show the façades and grounds, not a dressed reception room.

How are reviews verified?
  1. An account with a verified email address

The author posts from their wedding account using a confirmed email address. Their email address and contact details are never displayed in the review.

  2. A collaboration confirmed before the event

The client and the professional must have confirmed their collaboration on VENUIVO before the event date. Simply adding a favourite or requesting a quote is not enough.

  3. A review after the event

A review can only be published after the scheduled date for a confirmed collaboration that has not been cancelled. Only one review may be published per collaboration.

  4. The same rules for all reviews

Positive and negative reviews are assessed using the same criteria. Abusive or promotional content and content containing private contact details are rejected. Reviews can be reported, and the professional can respond.

These checks make reviews more reliable. They confirm the collaboration process on VENUIVO; the assessment remains the author’s own.
