A reception venue in central Hyères
Pasino de Hyères hosts private and business events at 1 Avenue Ambroise Thomas in the town centre. The building combines reception spaces, an auditorium, Le Vic for Victoria restaurant and Hôtel des Palmiers. This allows a wedding, birthday, company meal or working day to be planned at a single address, with assistance from the sales team.
Salon Victoria and its different layouts
On the ground floor, Salon Victoria covers 250 m². The official business offer lists up to 120 guests for a banquet and 250 for a cocktail reception. Meeting layouts are advertised for 140 people in theatre style, 50 in classroom style and 35 in a U-shape. Guest numbers therefore depend on the chosen format, furniture, catering and space required for entertainment.
A 700 m² auditorium is located on the first floor. It caters for congresses, conventions, product presentations and shows. Its conference layout is separate from the dining space: the sales team confirms the arrangement and appropriate capacity for each programme.
Catering and event planning
The Pasino offers services for private receptions and half-day or full-day meeting packages. Day delegate arrangements can include an equipped room, breaks and lunch. Lunch or evening cocktail receptions and banquets provide further options. Menus, drinks, decoration, timings and any entertainment should be specified when the quotation is prepared.
The conference rooms are advertised with Wi-Fi, a projector, screen and flip chart, along with water and meeting stationery. Additional equipment is quoted separately. ABC Salles confirms the presence of Salon Victoria, the auditorium and on-site accommodation. Its capacity figures should be read by layout, giving priority to the official information when planning your event.

Hôtel des Palmiers is presented by the property as a four-star hotel and offers the possibility of staying at the same address. Available rooms are booked separately according to the chosen proposal. The Pasino lists access for guests with disabilities and parking. For meetings, parking at Forum du Casino may be included, subject to availability.
