A wedding in a fortress near Toulouse
Château de Launac hosts weddings in a listed medieval fortress at the heart of the village of Launac. Approximately 35 minutes from Toulouse and Montauban and 25 minutes from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, the estate can be hired privately from Friday afternoon until late Sunday. This arrangement brings setup, ceremony, dinner, evening celebration and the day after the wedding together at one venue, with a dedicated contact and coordination on the wedding day.
Orangery, historic rooms and enclosed park
The estate advertises approximately 600 m² of indoor space, 610 m² of outdoor space and a 10,000 m² enclosed park. The 200 m² orangery stands on a large terrace overlooking the park and lake and can accommodate up to 170 people. Its equipment includes a sound system, screen and video projector, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. The Tournier de Vaillac and Gaston Phœbus rooms, Galerie de la Roseraie, Salon du Pape Clément VI and Galerie des Chevaliers provide additional options for the cocktail, children, preparations or a wet-weather backup.
The main courtyard, Roseraie terrace and park can host the drinks reception and a secular ceremony. Private parking is advertised as accessible to coaches. Couples may choose their own suppliers, except for the fireworks provider. The exact capacity of each space, noise rules, access conditions and restrictions associated with the listed building must be confirmed in the contract.
On-site accommodation and a private weekend
A bridal suite with a bathing area fitted inside the keep is available. The château residence includes several bedrooms and a dormitory, with an advertised total capacity of 15 guests. A small house in the park and the Tiny Bohème complete the accommodation offer; their capacity and inclusion in private hire should be checked when requesting a quotation. The estate also provides areas for children and several backup options in case of rain.
